TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read everything carefully before choosing to commission me!By commissioning me, you have also read, understood and acknowledged to the following terms of services. You will take all responsibility and adhere to if you have not read them.
GENERAL INFO♡ If commissions are for commercial purposes (merch, reselling, etc), I have to be informed before the commission and subjected to my choice of payment type if any.♡ I hold full rights to the artwork, I may post it on my socials, As well as stream the process on Twitch unless asked not to.♡ You must give proper credit to me. You are NOT allowed to claim it as your own artwork.♡ Please do not ask me to draw in a style that is not my own.♡ Do not ask for a commission unless you have the necessary funds.♡ I hold full rights to deny your commission based on my reasons. I also hold the full right to deny the commission for being used during or after service completion.♡ Do not use the commission for NFTs purposes.♡ Complex details may result in additional fees. These may include but are not limited to clothing with many layers/accessories/ornaments, intricate tattoos, wings, and armour.♡ I won’t be accepting rush orders.

PAYMENT♡ All prices are listed in USD.♡ Payments are made via PayPal or Kofi.♡ Payment must be sent after the sketch is confirmed or I will not proceed.♡ Commissions must be paid 100% upfront, however, an initial payment of 50% can be agreed upon.♡ Prices are just starting points. It will raise depending on the complexity of the commission.♡ Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot. If your commission is accepted, I will send you a link to my Paypal or an invoice or buy me a ko-fi.♡ I have the right to decline a commission under any circumstances.
COPYRIGHT/USAGE✔ The buyer is allowed to:◦ Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise.
◦ Use the artwork to promote themselves✘ The following is considered copyright infringement:◦ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially; means making a profit off it in any way without the license.
◦ Claiming the artwork as your own.
◦ Removing my signature from the artwork.
◦ Altering/editing the artwork without my consent.♡ If you post/use the commission anywhere, please credit me by tagging me.
REFUNDS♡ After a commission's sketch has been approved by the commissioner, it is no longer refundable.♡ If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, I will refund you the full price.♡ If you pay through PayPal you will not get a 100% refund, but only a 90% Refund because Paypal takes fees. So, Please think carefully before commissioning♡ If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
IMPORTANT:ꕤ If you requested a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund or you break any of the terms above mentioned, you will automatically lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece.ꕤ I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way I find fit.ꕤ I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.ꕤ Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
WORKFLOWSend me a message on Twitter and if I accept the commission, the sketching process will start. Once the sketch is done:⇩Any major changes (composition, pose, etc) can be requested (limited to 2 times) during the sketching period.⇩Once the commissioner agrees on the sketch, I will send an invoice or pay me through ko-fi and I will only continue once it is paid.⇩Lineart / rendering will start if the sketches are confirmed by the commissioner.⇩The finished drawing will be sent for final review, you can give one last piece of feedback to tweak little things.⇩Minor changes only can be requested after Render.
After everything is approved, I will send you a google drive link with the JPEG/PNG files of the final artwork.♡ Commissions are usually finished in 1-2 months, some might take more or less, depending on my schedule as I am still currently studying at uni.
